We are hiring a

Sheet Metal Journeyperson

to join our HVAC division. This is a full-time, permanent position for someone with deep experience in commercial, industrial, institutional, and high-rise residential sheet metal installations. The successful candidate will bring a strong technical background, a team-first mindset, and a passion for mentorship.

Responsibilities

Install sheet metal systems and HVAC equipment in a variety of building types Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications Collaborate with apprentices and provide on-the-job mentorship Ensure all installations meet industry standards and safety regulations Maintain a clean and organized work environment Communicate effectively with the project team and supervisors

Qualifications

Minimum 7 years of relevant installation experience Valid 308A Sheet Metal Worker Certificate (required) Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and related equipment Excellent communication and teamwork skills Punctual, dependable, and safety-conscious Experience mentoring apprentices is an asset
