As part of our Shared Services group, comprised of Finance, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Commercial, Legal and Facilities, we support the business achieve their goals through a range of strong technical capabilities. We ensure delivery of services through the skills of our people, methodologies, and systems.

Hatch is currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Shareholders Relations team at the Head Office in Mississauga.

Reporting to the Team Lead, Shareholder Relations, this position will involve managing and working within a team of three individuals. Working in a highly confidential environment, the successful candidate must demonstrate constant professionalism and discretion. The position also requires superior communication skills and a dedication to accuracy and details.

In addition to assisting with certain administrative tasks, the successful candidate will be expected to fill the accounting role for the Shareholder Relations group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Share loan program and statement preparation
  • Fund transfers
  • Share offer payment tracking and reconciliation.
  • Journal entries
  • Shareholder sale preparation
  • Correspondence
  • Tax notifications
  • SAP query and reporting
Skills and Experience:
  • 3 - 5 years\' experience in Bookkeeping / Accounting
  • College Diploma or University Degree in Accounting / Finance
  • Expert skills in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word) and SharePoint.
  • SAP experience preferred.
  • DocuSign experience an asset.
