Responsibilities

Assist stylists with various hair services, including washing, cutting, and styling hair under supervision. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to sanitation protocols. Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients warmly and addressing their needs. Support front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries. Engage in upselling products and services to enhance the client experience and increase sales. Participate in training sessions to improve hair styling techniques and product knowledge. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive salon atmosphere.

Experience

Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred but not required. A passion for hair styling and a willingness to learn new techniques is essential. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Familiarity with sanitation practices within a salon environment is a plus. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.42-$38.15 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
