Sewing Machine Operator

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with heavy-duty fabrics and marine-grade materials, and be comfortable operating industrial sewing machines.

Summary of Experience

- Proven experience as a sewing machine operator, preferably in marine industry.

- Strong understanding of industrial sewing techniques and materials.

Qualifications

- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, or patterns.

- Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit; use both hands to finger, feel or handle objects, tools or controls; and reach with hands or arms

- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Schedule

- Monday to Friday.

Job Duties

- Thread machine, change needles, and adjust tension as required.

- Use and understand basic measurements.

- Perform sewing functions by following supervisor's directions.

- Sewing tasks must be done in a precise and timely manner.

- Meet company quality and production standards.

- Maintain work area, clean and orderly.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $24.00 per hour
