Responsibilities

Operate manufacturing machinery according to safety protocols and production standards Monitor equipment during operation to ensure optimal performance and quality output Perform routine inspections and maintenance on machinery to prevent breakdowns Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and escalate complex problems to maintenance teams Follow detailed work instructions and safety guidelines at all times Maintain accurate records of production output, machine performance, and maintenance activities Assist in setup and changeover of equipment for different production runs Ensure work area remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations Manage team of sewers

Requirements

Prior experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations is preferred Ability to operate industrial machinery safely and efficiently Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards Good communication skills and ability to follow detailed instructions Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety and productivity Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform manual tasks as needed High school diploma or equivalent required Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs Supervisor experience is required

Pay: $20.00-$27.66 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
