We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Sewing Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background with at least one year experience operating a single needle and double needle sewing machine. The will demonstrate the ability to operate the machinery safely and efficiently. This role is crucial in ensuring the production process runs smoothly and meets quality standards.
Responsibilities
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Document production data accurately for quality control purposes.
Requirements
Experience working with vinyl or neoprene is essential. Previous experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand sewing machine operations. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. Willingness to adhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times.
