Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate is preferred to have strong background in manufacturing and warehouse environments, demonstrating the ability to operate machinery efficiently and safely. This role is critical in ensuring that production goals are met while maintaining high standards of quality.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor various types of machinery to ensure optimal performance and quality output. Perform routine maintenance on machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and troubleshooting minor issues. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines. Maintain accurate records of production data, machine performance, and any issues encountered during operation. Assist in training new operators on machine functions and safety procedures.

Requirements

Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting is preferred but not necessary. We are ready to train. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand machine operations and troubleshooting techniques. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Strong communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors effectively.
