We're Hiring: Sewer and Water Excavator Operator

We're looking for an experienced and safety-conscious Sewer and Water Excavator Operator to join our crew. If you know how to move dirt with precision, stay cool under pressure, and keep safety top of mind, this could be the role for you.

What You'll Be Doing:

Operating excavators to dig trenches, grade, and perform various sewer and water operating tasks Using attachments like buckets, hammers, and compactors safely and effectively Performing equipment inspections and basic maintenance before and after use Working around utilities and structures with care and accuracy Following site safety protocols and reporting any hazards or issues Keeping communication open with the crew and following instructions from the Foreman or Crew Leader Logging equipment use, hours worked, and daily progress Pitching in with general labour tasks when needed

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 1500 hours of excavator operating experience preferred Valid driver's license required (Class 1 is an asset) Strong mechanical awareness and attention to detail Ability to read and follow construction plans and blueprints Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Reliable, safety-focused, and a solid team player High school diploma or equivalent preferred
