Overview

We are seeking a skilled Sewer to join our dynamic team in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sewing and an understanding of fabric types and patterns. This role is essential in ensuring high-quality production standards and efficiency within our warehouse setting. As a Sewer, you will work collaboratively with other team members to meet production goals while maintaining the integrity of our products.

Responsibilities

Operate industrial sewing machines to assemble and finish products according to specifications. Interpret and follow patterns, blueprints, and work orders to ensure accurate production. Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards. Maintain sewing equipment by performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting minor issues. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and address any production challenges. Keep the work area organized and adhere to safety protocols at all times.

Requirements

Previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse settings is preferred. Strong sewing skills with the ability to operate various types of sewing machines. Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and production demands.
