We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting delicious cocktails, serving drinks, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your ability to multitask and manage time effectively will be essential in maintaining high standards of service.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and making recommendations. Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Adhere to food safety and handling regulations to ensure compliance with health standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable. Manage time efficiently during busy shifts while maintaining quality service.

Skills

Strong cash handling skills with experience in cashiering preferred. Knowledge of food safety and food handling practices within the restaurant environment. Basic math skills for accurate cash management and drink preparation. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during peak hours. Proven customer service skills with the ability to create a positive dining experience for guests. Previous experience in the food service industry is highly desirable, particularly in a bartending role.
