Now Hiring - Part-time / Full-time Server for New Steakhouse

We are looking for friendly and enthusiastic part-time or full-time servers to join our team at a brand-new steakhouse opening soon!

While prior wine knowledge is not required, we do serve wine and expect our servers to become familiar with the wines we offer and confidently provide information and recommendations to our guests.

Requirements:

Serve It Rightcertification is mandatory Friendly and customer-focused attitude Ability to clearly communicate with guests Willingness to learn about our wine selection

Qualifications:

Familiarity with POS systems is a plus but can be trained on the job Proven experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests positively

Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met Monitor tables for guest satisfaction, responding promptly to requests or concerns Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and basic math calculations for payments Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and service stations Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely order delivery
