As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they arrive. Take accurate food and drink orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems, ensuring all special requests are noted. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials, to enhance the guest experience and encourage upselling. Manage multiple tables efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in order accuracy and customer satisfaction. Process payments accurately through cash handling procedures, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders and address any guest concerns regarding their meals. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area to uphold high sanitation standards. Engage with guests to build rapport, address any inquiries or complaints, and ensure overall satisfaction throughout their dining experience.

Experience

Previous experience in food service or restaurant roles is preferred, particularly in fine dining or nightclub settings. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is highly desirable. Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus. Strong time management skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality service. Excellent customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations and hospitality. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately; experience with cashiering is beneficial. Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is essential for maintaining health standards in the restaurant environment.
