Join a locally owned and operated store to help deliver health, beauty and convenience services in your community, and keep the customer at the centre of everything you do.
Why this role is important? As a Set-Up Crew Member, you will play a vital role in preparing our new store for its grand opening. Working under the supervision of the front store management team, you will be responsible for assisting in merchandising activities, ensuring that all displays, shelves, and product placements are set up according to company standards. This is a one month temporary contract position starting on July 31st, 2023 Responsibilities:

• Assist in setting up displays, shelving units, and signage based on planograms and visual merchandising guidelines.
• Ensure proper arrangement and organization of products on shelves and displays.
• Perform inventory stocking and replenishment as needed.
• Collaborate with the front store management team members to meet project deadlines.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the store during the set-up process.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail merchandising or set-up is preferred but not required.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and accuracy.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on the project schedule.
