The Settlements Administrator is responsible for supporting back-office operations to ensure the efficient processing of payables and receivables in a fast-paced, multi-currency environment.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
(including but not limited to)
Daily Settlement tasks
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Perform bank reconciliations
Prepare and monitor cash flow
Conduct Investigations, amendments and recalls as needed
Process cheques and authorize payments
Create and manage payment templates
Compliance
Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Effective verbal and written communication skills
QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong work ethic and professionalism
Computer literacy and experience with database software is an asset
Post Secondary education is an asset
Self-Starter with the ability to work independently
Financial experience is an asset
