We are located at 8271 Keele Street, Concord, Ontario



Shift Available:

Afternoon Shift

(3:00pm to 11:00pm)

Job Responsibilities:


Work with all die protection sensors and Operating switches. Check tonnage and lead setting during set-up Ensure all reporting is as per the instructions provided on the In process Control Plan Inspect all designated parts continually as instructed Follow and update press set up sheets (corrections in conjunction with the supervisor) Prepare the press for the die by ensuring the working area is clean and all unnecessary items are removed Ensure that die is properly placed on machine Adjust lead setting Follow First-off and Last-off procedures by taking the first and last parts off the press to Quality Assurance for inspection/approval. Supply Last-off progressive strip and two Last-off parts on tool when finished production run Clean up die with air blower at end of each coil Ensure all parts are identified correctly and information on labels is correct and legible Assist with coil changes
