Job Description

Are you looking for an exciting and hands-on summer job that keeps you active and engaged with people? Join our Operations team at RBG! This role offers an opportunity to work behind the scenes of some of our most exciting summer events, including weddings, concerts, and festivals. You'll be involved in the setup and teardown of events, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with various operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:



Set up and tear down event spaces, including furniture, audio-visual equipment, and decor for weddings, concerts, festivals, and other special events. Support event logistics, including crowd management, waste disposal, and emergency clean-ups. Maintain cleanliness and organization in event areas before, during, and after events. Assist with parking and directional guidance for visitors and event attendees. Support the Maintenance Department with general tasks as needed. Work collaboratively with the Visitor Experience team to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Requirements:



Availability to work from April 27, 2026 to September 7, 2026 (including evenings and weekends). Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving event equipment. Must wear CSA-approved Green Patch Steel-Toe safety boots (6-8" height). Possession of a valid driver's license, and a clear driving record. Strong organizational skills with an ability to adhere to event schedules and timelines. Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments in all weather conditions.
