Consistent with its goal of achieving business school accreditation, Edwards will recruit those individuals with initial academic preparation (including a graduate degree), professional experience and ongoing professional engagement deemed sufficiently strong for granting the candidate Instructional Practitioner status. Professional experience must be current and substantial in terms of duration and level of responsibility, and clearly linked to the field in which the candidate is expected to teach.
