This course will be a hyflex class where a portion of students will be participating in person, and other students will be participating remotely through zoom.



This course is designed to develop students' management skills through an exploration of the theory and practice involved in managing people. The emphasis is on understanding individual, team, and organizational factors and the processes through which they influence behaviour and performance, with a view to improving managerial effectiveness.



This course may be cancelled if minimum enrollment is not achieved. 30-day notice will be given to the instructor.
Position Requirements
Candidates are expected to possess a relevant master's degree. A bachelor's degree in combination with relevant professional experience may also be acceptable in some cases.
Physical Demands Pay Grade Faculty Sessional Salary Range As per URFA Collective Agreement Status Term Work Hours
The class will be held on Thursdays from 7:00 p.m. to 9:45 p.m. from September 2, 2025 to December 5, 2025. The course will be delivered on campus with no remote teaching option available.
