Course Description: An intensive study of the writing of fiction through a selected theme, topic, or author. The course will undertake its study through discussions, readings, and workshop sessions.

Qualifications: Graduate degree in English, Creative Writing related field, or relevant teaching experience. Strong academic record and professional promise. Strong publishing record is an asset. Teaching experience at the university level is an asset. Please include a proposed course syllabus with the application.
Duties: All normal duties related to the design and teaching of a university credit course, including preparation and delivery of course content; development, administration and marking of assignments; calculation and submission of grades; holding regular office hours.

Salary: Sessional Lecturer I: $9,457.89
Sessional Lecturer I-Long Term: $9,930.79
Sessional Lecturer II: $10,121.76
Sessional Lecturer II-Long Term: $10,326.61
Sessional Lecturer III: $10,362.76
Sessional Lecturer III-Long Term: $10,570.01
