The Department of Civil, Geological, and Environmental Engineering invites applications for a Continuing Sessional Lecturer to teach the following course:
Course Number, Section, and Name: GEOE 431 (02) Mine Design
Academic Years: For a 3 year period: 2025-2026, 2026-2027, 2027-2028
Term(s) and Course Dates: Winter Sessions (January to April)

Delivery Mode: Lectures
Course Schedule: Tuesday 5:30 - 8:20 pm. Course schedules for future academic years will be discussed with the successful candidate.
Expected Enrollment Limit: 12
Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in mining engineering or related field with relevant industrial experience is required. Must hold a P.Eng. A post-graduate degree in a related area is preferred. Instructional experience with a good track record is a definite asset.
A valid driver's license is required for any off-campus courses. Appointment periods include additional days in recognition of preparation and marking time required. Courses may be cancelled due to low enrolment.
