Sessional Lecturer, Art & Art History
The School for the Arts (Art & Art History) invites applications for a Sessional Lecturer to teach the following course during the 2026 Winter session:
Course Number, Section, and Name: ART 323.(1.5cu), ART 473.(1.5cu) Painting & Related Work III & IV
Term and Course Dates: Winter 2026 Session (January 6 to April 7)
CRN: 29208, 29209
Delivery Mode: This course will be offered as an in-person studio class. It is a 1.5cu course, taught with faculty who will teach the other 1.5cu for class.
Course Schedule: Monday, 9:30am to 12:20pm
Expected Enrollment Limit: 20
Qualifications: Minimum of a Master of Fine Arts degree or equivalent fine arts training and teaching experience. Previous teaching of 300 & 400 level painting course preferred. Courses may be cancelled due to low enrolment.
