Position Description

The Department of Electrical and Software Engineering at the University of Calgary has an opening for a Sessional Instructor position in engineering program.

The successful candidate will be expected to teach a graduate level course:

SENG 637 - Dependability and Reliability of Software Systems

SENG 637 is listed in the University of Calgary Calendar for the Summer 2023 session. The successful candidate will be expected to have earned at least a Master Degree in Electrical, Computer or Software engineering and must have a demonstrated background in the subject matter related to this course. The successful candidate must also have very good previous teaching performance or shows the potential for very good to excellent teaching ability. It is strongly desired that the candidate is registered as a Professional Engineer in a Canadian Province.

Course Description

Principles of software dependability techniques, and techniques to improve and predict software reliability.
