Sessional Instructor

to teach

Winter 2026

ENTI 623 LEC 01 (Creative Destruction Lab Rockies). Classes in the Winter 2026 semester run from January 12 to April 14, 2026. Registrar Scheduled Exams will take place between April 17 to April 28, 2026, if applicable.

The calendar description of the course:

"Students learn how to build a technology firm by providing hands-on assistance to CDL-Rockies ventures based on guidance provided by seasoned business mentors and investors."

Qualifications:

A graduate degree (MBA, MSc, DBA, or PhD) is required. Work or related experience in the field is strongly preferred. Background in having started a new venture, having run a small business, or having worked with early-stage startups is strongly preferred. Must have an established track record with the new venture community in Alberta. Experience teaching entrepreneurship courses at the university level is required. Experience teaching in new venture finance and or mergers and acquisitions is strongly preferred. Ability to ground teaching in scientific evidence and scholarship of entrepreneurship is required.
