The Department of Sociology and Anthropology of the University of Prince Edward Island invites applications for an instructor to teach the following course in the Winter 2024 Semester. This position is subject to final budgetary approval.
Please note: the course offered below will be taught in person, unless otherwise specified as an online course.
ANTH 1050 - Introduction to Anthropology (3 Credits)
This course introduces students to the field of cultural anthropology through an examination of cultural practices (religious, political, familial, economic) in various areas of the world.
Three hours a week
Qualifications:
Preference will be given to the qualified candidates with seniority on the UPEI Sessional Roster and full-time and term contract Faculty Members of the Academic unit.
