The Department of Human Enterprise and Innovation in the Bob Gaglardi School of Business and Economics, Thompson Rivers University, invites applications to teach a section on Total Rewards in our Human Resource Management area in Fall 2025.

All instruction will be in the classroom on our Kamloops campus.

QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate should have:

An MBA degree or relevant Master's degree (PhD preferred). Significant capability in the area of Staffing and Planning by directly related work experience. Evidence of strong teaching potential/experience.

Candidates with one or more of the following will have an added advantage:

Chartered Professionals in Human Resources designation Evidence of strong teaching experience as reflected by student evaluations; Familiarity with the Moodle Learning Management System
