The ServiceNow Technical Lead will have responsibilities in building and executing ServiceNow strategy for Interac's enterprise, through the compliance to processes, procedures, and policies, aligned with ITIL framework and ITSM standards. This role will administer, manage and carry out all aspects of the ServiceNow platform architecture roadmap and will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining ServiceNow solutions that meet the needs of our organization. This role requires a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including its capabilities, limitations, and best practices.

You'll be responsible for:

• Designing and implementing ServiceNow platform architecture roadmap and oversee day to day operational delivery to align with business objectives.
• Oversee the implementation of ServiceNow modules, including IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), Customer Service Management (CSM), and others.
• Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate the rollout of new applications and modules.
• Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
• Establish and enforce governance standards for the use of the ServiceNow platform.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of the ServiceNow platform.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of the ServiceNow architecture, design, and implementation processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
• Liaising with support staff from our key vendors to drive the design & implementation of ServiceNow components and integration
• Work with external business partner and customers to ensure ServiceNow architecture meets all functional and non-functional requirements and needs of Interac organization
You bring:

• A university degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or similar, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including its architecture, modules, and capabilities.
• Proficiency in configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications and modules (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, SecOps, SAM/HAM)
• Experience with ServiceNow development tools, including Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and ServiceNow Studio.
• Experience with role-based access control (RBAC) and data security within ServiceNow.
• Experience in planning and managing ServiceNow implementation projects.
• Understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements.
• Experience with REST and SOAP APIs for integrating ServiceNow with other systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in both team and independent settings.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Nice to have:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in various modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, CSM).
• ITIL V4 Certification or higher
• Experience managing Infrastructure and network programs in the Payments space.
