Essential Skills: The ServiceNow SAM Pro Process Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing Software Asset Management (SAM) processes within the ServiceNow platform. This role ensures compliance, cost optimization, and governance of software assets across the organization.
Key Responsibilities Configure, maintain, and enhance ServiceNow SAM Pro modules and workflows. Implement and manage software asset lifecycle processes, including procurement, deployment, usage, and retirement. Monitor license compliance and optimize software usage to reduce costs and risks. Collaborate with IT, procurement, and business units to align SAM processes with organizational goals. Generate reports and dashboards for software compliance, usage, and cost analysis. Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements for software asset management.
