Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

ServiceNow Project Manager

for our client in the

consulting industry

to lead large-scale, cross-functional technology initiatives. This role involves driving programs, projects, and deployment efforts while ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams in the delivery of ServiceNow programs and projects. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across business and technology groups. Develop a strong understanding of assigned initiatives, both business and technical. Establish effective project/program governance and foster shared accountability. Manage day-to-day activities of project managers, deployment staff, and other team members. Oversee project/program planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and conflict resolution. Drive collaboration through enterprise tools and platforms. Lead issue/risk management, remediation planning, and escalations, ensuring clear communication and actionable solutions. Manage deployment schedules, readiness activities, and go-live checklists. Ensure compliance with established processes, plans, budgets, and schedules. Provide clear and regular communications, reports, and dashboards for stakeholders and leadership. Track budgets, variances, and performance metrics, taking corrective action as needed. Support value tracking, financial optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives. Contribute to process improvement by proposing updates to methodologies and frameworks. Document and share lessons learned across projects. Support configuration and usage of project/program management tools. Identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, and cost effectiveness.

Technical Skills:



Proven experience managing

large, complex, cross-functional ServiceNow initiatives

using structured methodologies and formal tools. Hands-on experience leading

SAFe/Agile projects

with strong

Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

knowledge. Strategic and critical thinking skills with the ability to connect across workstreams in a matrixed environment.

Qualifications:



5-10 years of

program/project management

experience, ideally in technology-driven or consulting environments. Ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently in a fast-paced setting. Strong planning, organizational, analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills. Expertise in scope control, estimation, resource management, risk/issues management, and stakeholder engagement. Strong financial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, business case development, and value tracking. Demonstrated success in recruiting, mentoring, and leading remote/global teams. Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills. Experience working with blended

onshore/offshore teams

and third-party partners. Minimal travel required; this role is predominantly

remote

8 month contract with strong possibility of extension
