Job Title: ServiceNow HRSD Functional Lead

Location: Anywhere in Canada (Remote/Hybrid)

The ServiceNow HRSD Functional Lead/SME participates and actively supports ServiceNow HRSD projects by preparing and leading client workshops for all HRSD subject areas, providing demos of the OOB HRSD modules, mapping client existing HR processes to ServiceNow HRSD capabilities to provide automation and replace manual workflows. Specifically for this role, the HRSD ServiceNow is a critical resource who needs to be able to demonstrate the value of the HRSD module with HR stakeholders and be able to translate business outcomes into technical requirements

What You Bring:
Required:

  • Consulting experience in gathering requirements, creating user stories, conducting demos, mapping client HR processes to ServiceNow HRSD capabilities and specific HR modules within HRSD and sharing best practices from past projects on how other clients have met the HR challenges using ServiceNow HRSD module
  • Experience in leading Client workshops with stakeholders across HR business units
  • Experience creating HRSD workshops decks and HRSD workbooks for the client to be able to fill out requirements post workshops
  • Experience implementing the following HRSD components: Case, HR Services, Knowledge, EDM, Employee Relations, Lifecycle events (onboarding and offboarding), Notifications, Surveys, Reports and Dashboards
  • Ability to listen, interpret, strategize and consult on HR processes and map them to HRSD capabilities and solutions
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated customer centric approach to work
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Preferred
  • Experience in leading Enterprise Onboarding + Transition (EOT) and Life Cycle Events implementations as a Functional HRSD SME: conducting workshops, gathering requirements and creating stories
  • Demonstrated experience in deploying at least one (1) global implementation of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery.
  • HRSD Suite Certification
Bonus Points
  • Proficient in Service Portal or Employee Service Center
  • Experience in being a People Manager for both senior and junior technical resources, or demonstrated experience in acting a mentor to an extended team
