The Canadian Management Consulting (MC) practice has grown to over 1,000 FTEs over the last 12 months and continues to grow at approximately 40% a year. We jointly go to market with our Risk Consulting practice and often will work with our North American Management Consulting practices on larger multi-national clients.

Our MC services are focused on assisting Corporate Boards, C-level and business executives of some of the global leading organizations to achieve business transformations by harnessing the power and capabilities of technology with a business strategy mindset. We take a comprehensive approach - from strategy through execution - helping our clients understand and manage the full array of business, technology, security, change management, compliance, and tax ramifications. Our integrated teams and solutions help enable our client's business strategy with the speed and agility necessary in today's market across a range of areas, including:
  • Digital and Mobile Development Services
  • CIO Advisory Services
  • Architecture and Integration Services
  • Transformation and Program Delivery Services
  • Workflow and Automation Services
  • Systems integration of leading SaaS solutions
  • Enterprise and Cloud Applications Strategy to Execution.
Our MC practice contains a separate Enterprise Solutions group, approximately 1/3 of the overall practice, focused on enabling strategic business transformation nationally by leveraging world class technology. Our ServiceNow practice is a key element of our Enterprise Solutions and we are looking for a market leader who can see themselves as part of our dynamic team.
What you will do

In the short term, the ServiceNow FS Lead will:
  • Support the development the ServiceNow practice build plan and roadmap of taking the business in the financial Services industry to the next level
  • Drive the market to position KPMG in the GTA marketplace in Financial Services
  • Leverage KPMG's global financial services leads to accelerate the growth in Financial Services.
In the medium term, the ServiceNow FS Leader will:
  • Focus on execution of the plan along with the MC leadership
  • Strengthen and grow the relationships with our offshoring capabilities in India
  • Strengthen and grow the relationship with FS leads from other KPMG practices and ServiceNow
  • Work on leveraging and scaling our near shore Centers of Excellence focused on ES delivery
  • Enhance KPMG ServiceNow brand and market recognition
  • Attract and retain support staff
  • Develop good relationships with the MC partners
What you bring to the role

To be successful in this role, the ServiceNow FS Lead, will bring:
  • Passion and drive to support a rapidly growing technology practice
  • Deep understanding of the ServiceNow ecosystem in the Canadian Market including understanding, knowing and key relationships at Executive and Account representative levels
  • Solid understanding of the ServiceNow offerings, sales approaches and roadmap specifically, non-traditional ServiceNow spaces like CSM, FSM, HR, WSD and platform
  • Strong GTA executive level client network (commercial & public sector)
  • Track record of delivering at least 3+ ServiceNow transformational implementations including ITSM
  • Track record of significant growth of a similar practice/company
  • Large global systems integration company experience is an asset such as Accenture, IBM, Wipro, Tata Consulting, HCL, etc.
  • Big four accounting firm experience would be an asset (Deloitte, PWC, E&Y)
  • Large, complex IT systems integration project experience
  • Industry depth in one or two of the following industries: Financial Services, IGH, Consumer and Retail and/or Energy and Natural Resources
  • Experience in scaling Technology solutions within a consulting advisory firm or management function
  • Experience managing multiple complex initiatives and analyzing the future outlooks of products, markets, and companies
  • An established professional profile through activities such as speaking engagements, publishing papers and leadership roles in professional associations
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Creative thinking and deep subject matter expertise; as well as the ability to be agile working with multiple clients concurrently
  • A leader by nature, the ServiceNow Financial Services Lead, Leader will develop other team members.
EDUCATION

Appropriate candidates will hold a post-secondary degree within in a relevant field of study.
