FNR (Fix Network Restoration)

, provides essential services to families and businesses facing the unexpected--floods, fires, storms, and other disaster events. Backed by this national network of trusted restoration professionals, we are able to deliver consistent, high-quality recovery services to our clients while offering our team members opportunities for growth, training, and career development. We are seeking Service/Field Technicians who are ready to be on the front lines, helping restore not just buildings, but peace of mind.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to emergency restoration calls (water, fire, storm, mould, and other disaster-related situations) Carry out on-site restoration services: demolition, drying, cleaning, and minor repairs Set up, monitor, and maintain specialized restoration equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, etc.) Conduct site inspections, including photo documentation and status updates Work safely and in compliance with OHS requirements and company's H&S standards Provide professional and compassionate support to clients during difficult situations Participate in an on-call rotation to support after-hours or weekend emergency response
Qualifications & Experience

Prior restoration, construction, or skilled trade experience is an asset (training provided) Ability to perform physical tasks, lift 50+ lbs, and work in varying conditions Strong problem-solving skills and a reliable, team-oriented mindset Tech-savvy with the ability to log updates and use reporting tools Valid driver's license with a clean record Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and overtime when emergencies occur
