Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them
- Schedule appointments for vehicle repairs and maintenance
- Communicate with mechanics to ensure timely completion of work
- Provide cost estimates to customers and obtain approval for repairs
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in an Truck dealership or repair shop
- Knowledge of Truck repair and maintenance processes
- Familiarity with mechanical terminology and concepts Skills:
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with customers
- Proficient in cash handling and payment processing
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to accurately document customer information and repair requests
- Organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple appointments As a Service Writer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and facilitating smooth communication between customers and mechanics.
