Job Description


Your Opportunity:You will not be responsible for transporting patients. Responsibilities include but not limited to Manual Cleaning of Sterile Supply Storage, Supply Carts, and all Case Carts located within MDRD. You will be responsible with cleaning exterior surfaces of reprocessing equipment e.g. sterilizers, washer disinfectors, and cart washers. You will also be responsible in cleaning counters, shelves, inside drawers, bins tables, walls and floors. Unload intrument/sets from the washer disinfector and or cart washer. Transport to respective assembly table. Performs other related duties as assigned. Transport medical devices between OR and MDRD.Description:As a Service Worker I, you will be responsible for transporting patients (clients/residents) and equipment to and from different patient care areas within a hospital site. You will distribute and replenish hospital supplies throughout the units and clean equipment and patient care areas as directed. You may also transport lab specimens, blood and blood products, and patient charts. You will report any concerns regarding supplies and safety issues to Unit Managers and perform other duties as required.
