Genesis Niagara is looking to add a

Service Concierge

also known as a Service Valet to join our growing family. This is an on call position. We are the #1 Genesis team in Canada for an exciting and new luxury brand. The successful candidate would be an enthusiastic, goal driven individual with a positive attitude.

Here's what you'll deliver:

Greet customers and keep the drive-thru clean. Drive customer vehicles as required. Project a positive attitude for the benefit of our customers and fellow employees. Utilize systems and procedures to deliver exceptional customer service on all interactions. Analyze and interpret the needs of clients and offer the appropriate options, solutions and resolutions required. Tag and park service vehicles while maintaining an organized parking lot. Basic knowledge of washing vehicles. Execute tasks in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines. Conduct free alignments inspections. Ability to execute tasks with minimal supervision. Ability to work in adherence to company safety standards at all times. Comply with all company policies, standards and procedures. Other duties as required by management.

What you need to succeed:

Must have a valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record. High School Diploma or GED is required. Automotive experience is considered an asset. Ability to execute tasks with minimal supervision. Possess exceptional customer service skills. Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Must be reliable and able to work productively with minimal supervision. Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information. Demonstrated ability to drive both standard and automatic transmission vehicles. Manual dexterity required. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work flexible hours and work around a changing schedule.

This compensation range will be based on knowledge and experience

: $17.55 per hour
