We are Oasis Innovations Canada, we're specialized in residential Water and Air Treatment products, our company has the most state of the art equipment currently available on the market.
We are looking to expand our Service Team with motivated individuals who strive to make bonuses and quotas. Our Service Team does annual maintenance on our current clients products. With the opportunity to present and upsell new products.
25% of your time will be spent helping out with Warehousing. Picking up and dropping off orders. Putting away deliveries and organizing inventory.
You should have prior experience working with tools and the ability to trouble shoot to resolve issues. Attention to detail is a must.
Responsibilities:
• Providing high level customer service with maintenance.
• Ability to work in a timely and professional manner with all customer interactions.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated decision making skills
• Ability to properly explain the install process and application of the products and services
• Submit all paperwork and payments in a timely manner
Education/Experience / Requirements:
• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid drivers license
• Service Experience (asset but not required)
• Water Filtration experience (asset but not required)
• Bi-Lingual (asset but not required)
• Minimum Education; Bachelor's Degree (asset but not required)
• Casual Service attire
This position requires candidates to:
• Perform trouble shooting and testing
• Provided Preventative maintenance recommendations for homeowners
• Water Quality Evaluations
Shift Details:
Late Afternoon and evenings
Some weekends
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.50-$20.50 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 44 per week
Additional pay:
• Bonus pay
