Job description

We currently have a full-time position available for a

Service Technician

at our

Woodstock

location.

This is an excellent opportunity for a team player with a contagious can-do attitude in the workplace. Must be able to provide immediate solutions to problems and take the initiative to seek a resolution. This job requires physical strength, including heavy lifting, frequent bending, and working in tight spaces.

Responsibilities and requirements:

Responsible for repairing all assigned vehicles according to estimates and within timeframes Complete repair order documentation and record keeping Use and maintain tools and equipment properly Keep the Service Manager informed of the progress of the repairs and, communicate with the parts department to obtain the required parts as needed Keep personal workspace organized and return tools, materials, and equipment to designated areas Work in a high-volume environment and follow all company safety procedures Work as a team, both individually and with other mechanics

Qualifications:

Service advisor/parts experience Knowledge of digital technology, including the ability to use the internet and the appropriate software Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Strong customer service skills in order to handle customer complaints and questions effectively Ability to interpret technical terms to the customers Willingness to maintain a high degree of product and industry knowledge Exceptional customer service skills, excellent follow-up skills with a genuine focus on customer support and retention

Schedule:

8-hour shift Monday to Friday Weekend availability Overtime possible
