What Your Day Might Look Like:
Diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of agricultural equipment Perform inspections and preventative maintenance to keep downtime low Share technical advice and friendly support with customers Keep detailed, accurate repair records (future-you will thank you) Follow safety standards and company policies
What You Bring to the Team:
Strong mechanical aptitude and a love for problem-solving Experience in equipment repair or a related trade Clear communication skills and a customer-first attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team
