Position: Service Cleaning Tech

Location: Greater Vancouver Area and surrounding Areas

ABOUT THE JOB... The detailer is the most important part of our business and all successful candidates will:

? You MUST be comfortable on roofs and using extension ladders up to 32ft.

? Working along side the business owner to deliver high quality cleaning services, in all types of weather other than ice and snow. Company supplied boots, eye protection, ear protection and gloves.

? Operate our company vehicles, professional grade pressure washers and use basic IT systems.

? Be responsible for a stellar customer service and build a lasting client base.

? Problem solve on-site to successfully overcome most customer concerns

? Help with marketing initiatives.

Previous knowledge and experience with the following is preferred but not essential as full training will be given:

? Manual Labour experience.

? Proper operation of a pressure washer

? How to keep a work site safe and clean

? How to use professional grade ladders and equipment

? Full Class 5 driver's License.

ABOUT THE PAY: Pay ranges from $20-$28 per hour based on experience and quality of work after a training and testing period, plus bonus incentives and tips. At some jobsites, techs earn up to $100 in tips from the customer. There is also bonus/performance incentive available once a month.

We were a small company a few years ago, and now we have 4 trucks and plan to have more next year! Lots of room for growth, extended medical/health benefits etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour
