Overview

Promaxx Mechanical Ltd. is growing, and we're looking for a motivated and customer-focused

Plumbing Service Technician

to join our team. If you're a licensed plumber who enjoys troubleshooting, solving problems on the spot, and earning based on performance--this opportunity is for you.

You'll work on residential and light commercial service calls, performing diagnostics, repairs, and installations. In return, we offer a competitive base wage

What You'll Do

Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend appropriate solutions to customers. Perform repairs and replacements of fixtures, water heaters, sump pumps, piping, and other plumbing systems. Conduct inspections, maintenance, and system upgrades as required. Present quotes and close sales on additional services during service calls. Maintain accurate records of work completed, parts used, and time spent on jobs. Deliver exceptional customer service, representing ProMaxx Mechanical with professionalism. Work independently while keeping communication open with dispatch and management. Maintain tools, vehicle, and equipment in good working order.

What You Bring

Journeyman Plumber or equivalent Red Seal certification. Experience in service-based plumbing (residential and/or light commercial). Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. Effective communication skills with a customer-first mindset. Organized, punctual, and self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to sell services and educate customers on plumbing options.

Compensation & Perks

Base hourly wage plus performance-based commissions

Pay: $40.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
