Join a growing property management team where your skills will make a difference! We're seeking a Service Technician who's organized, dependable and ready to take on a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.




Position Description:


Performs minor electrical work (replacing light switches, light fixtures, smoke detectors, etc.) Performs plumbing repairs and maintenance (replacing toilets, faucets, etc.) Performs general repairs and maintenance (painting, drywall repairs, door adjustments/repairs, flooring installation/repairs, tile and grout installation/repairs, etc.) Responds to service requests in a courteous, friendly, prompt and professional manner while on-site Performs unit inspections and reports repairs/deficiencies to Property Manager Participates in a rotating 24-hour emergency on call schedule Promotes and maintains site safety and security Assists with providing part or full daily coverage at a designated property which may include inspection property, cleaning, grounds keeping, preparation of garbage and recycling bins for pick-up, ensuring garbage/recycling rooms are clean, checking pool conditions and adjusting chemicals accordingly, etc.



Required Skills/Qualifications:


High School Diploma or Equivalent Minimum 1 year building maintenance experience Possess own tools Customer focused personality Excellent communication skills Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Knowledge of preventive maintenance techniques Knowledge of swimming pool maintenance, considered an asset Valid driver's license and use of own vehicle is required (compensation offered) Criminal record check required
