About The Role


------------------


Reporting to the Electrical Service Manager, the Service Technician, Electrical is responsible for executing personal work at a high level of quality and managing customer communication, personal and site safety, customer experience, and vendor relationships to ensure a high level of performance. Duties will range from planned work order execution to troubleshooting and repairs. You will be responsible for diagnosing and ensuring client concerns are resolved in a timely manner.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Travel to various customer sites to perform scheduled maintenance, respond to emergency calls, and troubleshoot equipment; Participate in the on-call rotation; Identify and recommend upgrades and services based on customer needs; Provide exceptional customer service skills, ensuring quality and expectations are met; Generate quotes for small repairs, services and minor projects; Complete daily equipment inspections, safety reports, timesheets, and Field Level Risk Assessments.

Our Must Haves



Red Seal Electrician certification; FSR B certification is considered an asset; Experience troubleshooting in a fast paced, industrial environment; Hold a valid Class 5 Driver's License with a clean driver's abstract; Committed to customer service and going the extra mile while servicing clients; Ability to think on your feet and utilize strong problem-solving capabilities.

Wage:

$46.00 to $48.00 per hour + Please note - the listed hourly rate is dependent on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process.
