Job Description

Hauser's Home Health Care is looking for a dynamic, dedicated team player, with exceptional troubleshooting and mechanical skills to work in our Service Department.

This position involves:

Assisting customers in their place of residence with a variety of Home Medical Equipment (HME) including but not limited to: power and non-power wheelchairs, scooters, hospital beds and elevating equipment Installation of grab bars and fall prevention aids Assessing and troubleshooting issues and concerns with HME Repairing manual and power mobility devices onsite and in-store Repairing mobility device electrical systems Programming and set-up basic power and mobility equipment Installing and repairing elevating products including, but not limited to, ceiling tracks and power lift devices Servicing the Niagara Region, Haldimand - Norfolk- Brant- County and Hamilton Communities Must haves: A valid G driver's license with proof of a clean driving record Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs Knowledge of HME (Home Medical Equipment) Clean criminal background check Exceptional customer service Ability to work in a variety of settings including, but not limited to, long term care, hospitals, retirement homes, group homes and private residences Exceptional troubleshooting and problem solving skills Resourceful in seeking out answers to questions and problem resolution Willingness to learn Previous experience with mechanical or manufacturing diagnostic tools Knowledge of elevating mobility products would be considered an asset
Education needed:

High school diploma
