Alto Supply is seeking an organized, people-focused and mechanically inclined
Service Technician
to join our team. You will be an essential team member helping to ensuring that all service-related operations--like maintenance scheduling, equipment repairs, and customer follow-ups--run smoothly and efficiently.
On a daily basis your technical repair skills will be called upon for troubleshooting and repairs of customer equipment (commercial dishwashers, cleaning equipment, small applicances). In addition, you will perform installs and preventative maintenance on customer equipment. A customer service mentality is a must in this position as you will often be the bridge between our customers and our internal team.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform installs and maintenance on customer equipment
Troubleshoot and repair equipment both on site and at our facility
Prepare service reports and document work for invoicing.
Communicate with customers by phone, email and in-person regarding service updates, appointment times, and follow-up needs
Schedule and coordinate service calls, preventative maintenance, and equipment installations.
Maintain accurate service records, schedules, and equipment logs.
Track parts orders and inventory related to service calls.
Provide friendly, knowledgeable support to customers and field staff.
Qualifications:
Experience in small equipment and appliance installation and repair.
Willing to learn new equipment maintenance skills
A customer first and team-player mindset.
Experience and general proficiency with online software such as scheduling, ticketing, CRM and invoicing systems is preferred.
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
Driver's license and clean driving record.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
