Service Technician

Job Description
We are looking for a Service Technician specializing in electronics to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with troubleshooting and repairing a wide variety of equipment, as well as providing customer service. The Service Technician will be responsible for responding to service requests, diagnosing and resolving problems, and performing preventative maintenance. The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical problems on a variety of equipment at our office, as well as at customer facilities.
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair customer issues in a timely manner.
- Follow safety protocols when working with hazardous materials or equipment.
- Maintain records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Brantford, ON N3P 1M1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
- electronics technician: 3 years (preferred)
- Driver's License (required)
- Canadian Passport (required)
- 50% (preferred)
