Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical background and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various HVAC systems and equipment. Your expertise with power tools, hand tools, and fault finding will be essential in ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues in HVAC residential and commercial equipment.
• Perform repairs and maintenance using power tools and hand tools effectively.
• Complete routine preventative maintenance, repairs and service.
• Complete work orders accurately
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to interpret schematics and technical manuals.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of service tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
• Be on call for emergency service when required.
• Maintain a clean and fully stocked vehicle

Qualifications

• Working knowledge in HVAC equipment is preferred.
• Proficient in the use of power tools and hand tools and must have steel-toe safety boots
• Strong mechanical knowledge.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Ability to handle physically demanding work
• Valid driver's license and abstract is required.
• Clean criminal record
• Must follow all health and safety guidelines.
• Must live or willing to relocate to the Bathurst area.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
