Responsibilities:
  • Cash-out and explain line items with customers where/when necessary.
Where/when applicable, establish the customers mode of alternative transportation away, and back to the dealership for customers and make any necessary arrangements. * Handle status-update calls and inquiries on vehicles currently in service.
  • Answer and monitor all incoming calls/on hold to the Service Cash Desk in a courteous and personable fashion.
  • Route calls to appropriate person where/when applicable.
  • Take and forward messages for service staff who are unavailable.
  • Conduct oneself in a courteous and personable fashion at all times.
  • All customer contacts are to be handled in a polite and efficient manner.
  • Any situation that results in less than satisfied customers is to be brought to management attention immediately.
Assist with opening and closing when/where required.
You'll also need to have:
  • Customer service experience in a dealership (considered an asset).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail, strong organization skills, and the ability to multi-task will ensure you succeed in this role
Pay Rate: $17.60 - $18.25/ hour
