Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Service Supervisor to lead our Thunder Bay Service Division, with potential future oversight of the Winnipeg area. This role involves managing various service lines including VFSS, Fire & Life Safety Equipment, Respiratory, Instrumentation, Fall Arrest, T&C, and Rentals. As a working Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our service team through leadership, hands-on support, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor the service team, ensuring they have the technical knowledge and training needed to excel in their roles.
Operational Management: Oversee the hands-on management of service technicians and branch operations. Work closely with the Regional Service Manager to meet productivity and financial targets.
Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and compliance programs. Lead safety audits and maintain safety records.
Training & Mentorship: Plan and facilitate technical and field training for technicians, both on-site and remotely. Provide ongoing coaching and support.
