This is a permanent, full-time position (40 hours/week). The location of work is our Terrace Branch (3830 Sharples Road, Terrace) and the language of work is English.

As our Service Supervisor, you\'ll play an integral role in managing the day\xe2\x80\x90to\xe2\x80\x90day operation of the service department in compliance with the company\'s established policies and procedures, as well as ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and safety programs. You will supervise, co-ordinate and schedule tech activities and establish methods to meet schedules and mesh with work activities in other departments. You will also supervise apprentices, service advisors/writers and 3rd party contractors. Working with the branch manager, you play a key role in attaining the company\'s short and long\xe2\x80\x90term objectives. As part of the leadership team, you play a key role in recruiting, training and developing our employees.

The pay rate is $56.05 per hour, all overtime is double time, and you will also receive performance-based bonus pay. • Certification. You have done the hard work and training required to earn certification as a Red Seal Heavy Equipment Technician. OR, you have equivalent education and experience to enable you to communicate on a technical level with heavy equipment technicians, customers, and OEM resources. You have at least 5 years\' experience supervising a heavy equipment service department with at least 4 techs and you\'re ready to apply all that you have learned to make Great West Equipment your customers\' first choice.
