Job Description

Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for safety, quality, and developing people? Levitt-Safety is looking for a Service Supervisor to lead our Saskatchewan Service Division. This includes oversight of Vehicle Fire Suppression Systems (VFSS), Fire & Life Safety Emergency Equipment, Respiratory, Instrumentation, Fall Protection, Testing & Calibration, and Rentals.



The ideal candidate will be based out of our Regina or Saskatoon locations.



About the Role

In this role, you'll work closely with our Regional Service Manager to support technicians in the field - ensuring they have the technical knowledge, training, and guidance they need to succeed. You'll also be responsible for day-to-day supervision, customer engagement, safety compliance, and team development.



Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and support a team of Saskatchewan-based service technicians. Facilitate regular coaching, training plans, and employee development. Promote a high-performance, safety-first culture. Oversee branch operations, scheduling, and project execution. Manage service assets, subcontractors, and customer projects as needed. Ensure timely, high-quality service delivery that exceeds customer expectations. Collaborate with the Sales team to grow customer accounts and service opportunities. Participate in site visits, needs assessments, and deployment planning. Provide service-related demonstrations and drive customer satisfaction. Champion a safe, compliant, and accident-free workplace. Support internal audits and maintain safety records and documentation. Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations. Set and track team objectives, productivity targets, and financial metrics. Lead business planning activities aligned with regional goals. Drive accountability and continuous improvement within the team.

What you'll bring:



2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role, ideally in a technical or field service environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to influence and collaborate with multiple stakeholders. A proactive, adaptable mindset with sound judgment and problem-solving skills. Experience in safety services, fire protection, or industrial equipment is a strong asset.
