Wallace + Wallace is looking for a detail-driven, proactive
Service Scheduling & Operations Lead
to coordinate gate service and installation operations. This role is the hub connecting our customers, technicians, and internal teams to ensure projects move smoothly and efficiently.
What You'll Do
Manage all gate service and installation scheduling using AppSheet and internal systems
Coordinate technician dispatch, subcontractors, and preventive maintenance programs
Communicate directly with customers on timelines, updates, and site readiness
Handle service and installation invoicing, billing, and vendor documentation
Maintain accurate service data, serial numbers, and tracking information for all installed equipment
Oversee month-end reporting, safety meetings, and system updates
What You Bring
3+ years of experience in service coordination, dispatch, or operations (construction, security, or similar field)
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Proficiency with scheduling and ERP systems
Ability to manage competing priorities calmly and professionally
Wage is negotiable based on qualifications.
